Structures

All structures will come in a number of flavors. Since I am not an expert in building codes, and practices – I won’t have all of the requisites. However, I will add things that makes common sense. One thing to consider is that every address is considered as a unique premise. For emergency services, all premises must have a static IPv6 address to the premise. All premises will have the free Internet plan from Ka-Tel. Even if the person is opposed to the Internet, any landline phone will require the Internet to make calls (including to emergency services). Since all addresses has a static IP address, this is essential for address lookup.

Any building of more than 5 floors must have an elevator. This is not just for convenience, but also safety circumstances. All new elevators must support SIP based calling since the POTS lines will be taken down, and removed to make room for fiber connections. The number of bathrooms will always be 1 per 3 bedrooms (minimum of 1). 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms only need 1 bathroom. However 4-6 will require 2 bathrooms at a minimum.

For Internet, there is fiber optic (preferred) or BPL (Broadband over Power Line) will provide internet service. This will assure that the consumer can have reliable and quick service without installing obsolete services into the communications closet.
