Structures

All structures will come in a number of flavors. Since I am not an expert in building codes, and practices – I won’t have all of the requisites. However, I will add things that makes common sense. One thing to consider is that every address is considered as a unique premise. For emergency services, all premises must have a dedicated IPv6 address to the premise. If the customer chooses to not have internet service, or refuse to pay for internet service, then a minimum of 512kbps connection is required for the home phone line if that is what the subscriber acquired.

Any building of more than 5 floors must have an elevator. This is not just for convenience, but also safety circumstances. All new elevators must support SIP based calling since the POTS lines will be taken down, and removed to make room for fiber connections. The number of bathrooms will always be 1 per 3 bedrooms + 1. 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms only need 1 bathroom. However 4-6 will require 2 bathrooms at a minimum.

For Internet, there is fiber optic (preferred) or BPL (Broadband over Power Line) will provide internet service. This will assure that the consumer can have reliable and quick service without installing obsolete services into the communications closet.
